Alki Art Fair Nonprofit Organization Formed

Members from the 2011 Fair organizing committee met and resolved to form a nonprofit organization in Washington State and seek 501(c)3 tax-exempt status from the IRS. A Board of Directors was created to manage the business of the organization. Officers were also elected.
