2019 Artist Vendor Applications Will Be Accepted on Jan 28

Please fill out the following information to apply to the the 2019 Alki Art Fair. This is step one of the application process and you will only pay a non-refundable $35 application fee at this time. If accepted, you will receive an e-mail from the Alki Art Fair to complete a second form and pay your booth fees.

    Please select the following information indicating your preference for booth type. The Alki Art Fair will contact you if you are accepted and you will be asked to pay your booth fees at that time. You will only be charged $35 upon the submission of this application.
  • Price: $35.00
  • Art vendors must submit 4 photos.

    Art vendors must submit 4 photos, three images of your art or craft and one of your booth display.Digital images must be submitted as .jpg or.gif, using high resolution. Maximum file size is 1.8MB. Here is a link to help with formatting your digital images. Note: The Alki Art Fair reserves the right to use any submitted photos of artwork and booths to promote the Fair.

  • The photos for jury and artist statement are to ensure that we have only original, handmade art sold at the Alki Art Fair. The Alki Art Fair reserves the right to use any submitted photos of artwork and booths in future advertising. All artists must enter an artist statement.

    Thank you for your application to the Alki Art Fair, you will be charged $35 application fee. The Alki Art Fair will contact you after jury if you are accepted and at that time you will be asked to fill out another form to pay for your booth (and Trade Show License, $30, if applicable). You are responsible for all applicable city, state and federal taxes and a copy of your City of Seattle Business License needs to be available for view during the event. If you do not have a City of Seattle Business License you need to purchase a Trade Show License ($30 fee) when paying for your Alki Art Fair booth. State UBI are not accepted.

Pricing:
All items to be sold must be priced to account for a 10% of gross sale of merchandise, payable to the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation. This fee is required for any sales on Seattle Parks and Recreation property. Fee must be paid to the Fair Director before 6:00 pm on Sunday. Envelopes will be provided for the collection of this fee.

Cancellations:

• Any cancellations after acceptance shall be subject to a 15% cancellation/refund fee.
• No refund will be given after July 4th.
• Final booth payment must be received through PayPal no later than July 12.

Rules and Regulations:

The City of Seattle and/or the Alki Art Fair organization are not responsible for the loss or damage to any artwork or personal properties. The Alki Art Fair reserves the right to request artists to vacate the premises for any non-family friendly works or behavior.
