Due to the overwhelming number of applications and space limitations, we are no longer accepting applications for artists, food vendors, and musicians/performers. Please consider applying for next year's Fair in January 2020.
You are responsible for all applicable city, state and federal taxes and a copy of your City of Seattle Business License needs to be available for view during the event. If you do not have a City of Seattle Business License you need to purchase a Trade Show License ($30 fee) when paying for your Alki Art Fair booth. State UBI are not accepted.
All items to be sold must be priced to account for a 10% of gross sale of merchandise, payable to the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation. This fee is required for any sales on Seattle Parks and Recreation property. Fee must be paid to the Fair Director before 6:00 pm on Sunday. Envelopes will be provided for the collection of this fee.
• Any cancellations after acceptance shall be subject to a 15% cancellation/refund fee.
• No refund will be given after July 4th.
• Final booth payment must be received through PayPal no later than June 28.

The City of Seattle and/or the Alki Art Fair organization are not responsible for the loss or damage to any artwork or personal properties. The Alki Art Fair reserves the right to request artists to vacate the premises for any non-family friendly works or behavior.
